Condolence: Dear Harrington Family, I was very saddened to read of the recent accident that took Phil's life. While I hadn't seen him in many years,I grew up around the corner from his family when we were kids in Montour Falls. I well remember his very kind parents as well as Judy, Jerry, Phil and Patrick, but I did not know the siblings who followed later. Phil was a really nice young kid and remained good friends with my younger brother, Bill Tague who was the same age as Phil. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you in Phil's family. May God comfort you at this difficult time.
